Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City
Elicia has been a key component of taking ideas and making a design. She has shown a good ability to pick up tools quickly, that’s a very needed skill in the ever-changing world of IT. The first week Elicia was here was our 2nd annual innovation contest. I gave Elicia nothing more than a concept I had in my head and a few pieces of paper trying to explain the concept. The result was AMAZING and her team took 2nd place. Her ability to create a mockup was very impressive but I think I was more impressed by her level of comfortability presenting. She presented to a room of over 100 people with multiple executives on her 1st week. I was impressed by her level of competitiveness.
